Hi guys I was trying to work out how many calories I need to intake and how much protein.

I am 175lbs and 6ft. I would class my metabolism as fast as I can't seem to eat allot of junk and not put weight on maybe a little over time.

How do I work out how much I need etc?

Say if I need 170g of protein which spread over 6 meals is about 28g. In the inbetween meals at 10 and 2 if I was to have a protein shake would this be suffiencent?

Any help would be great oh and yes I am on a bulk.

16-18 kcals per pound of bodyweight would be a good place to start. Monitor progress and adjust to suit.
