This will be my really first cycle.. I am waiting on my Test eth.. said it was the human grade stuff.. taking that for 10 weeks. While on that i was thinking about throughing in something Ph or DH.. maybe Phera-Plex or Xtreme Tren (Which is a DH version tren).

Also want to keep off the water weight much as possible.. like to run and do cardio. On various sites it says to take 10 to 20 mg of nolva and some say to take letro or arimidex or Aromasin. Need help on which AI to take.

Herd letrozole is really good but has a rebound and is very strong. Did hear so much on arimidex or aromasin.

Any advise will help alot..

If your worried about water, for this course 25mg of proviron ed would be sufficient
Plus if your drink plenty of water through the day (atleast 3litres) that should minimise your water

As its your first cycle just do the test and forget the DS's. I'd use proviron @50mg ed failing that look in to Adex, forget letro its too strong to be used just to keep water down.
21 day nolva pct would do for this cycle, or a combo of nolva and clomid

nolva by its self would be fine, but some people like to cover all bases

well I have tried test cyp before but didn't like it much. I get getting bad cold sweats in the night. I am hopping this stuff is better. Different supplier, said this was human grade stuff so I am thinking it is pharmaceutical grade. I hear what you are saying. Just was cerious what the difference would be taking the ds or not.

If you use a PH or DS as a kickstart I would advise you to use one you have used before and react well to. I have used MD2 ( same as P-plex) before with test enth, worked well. What dose were you planning on the test? I would go with adex personally to keep bloat away.

Nolva isn't an AI its a SERM and should be saved for PCT. Adex @ 0.25-0.5mg ED will suffice for minimising water weight, but regardless of their use you're still going to gain some.

I plan on taking 500mg/ml pw. I like genetic sd. I got some good gains on that. But dont take anything during the cycle? Or what?

good approach into AAS m8. find out how u react with 1 med then go from there. i actually did 2 meds (sust & deca) for my first cycle. luckily it turned out they both loved me!!
