Not sure where to put this.
Ok, never really had good stamina but recently it's been getting a lot worse. On my bulk, seeing so good gains and I'm happy but its just my stamina has become so appauling with the added weight I can't do a light jog down my road without feeling out of breath/dead. Granted some of the bulk involved a bit of dirty eating ubt it was largely clean. Problem is I don't want to do any cardio really because I can't afford to be losing weight but my CV endurance is becoming embarrasing.
Is there any solution to this? I could wait for the cardio when I want to cut but quite frankly that's quite a long way off and it's just niggling away at me being this unfit. 4 month bulk consisted of sitting in an office chair 24/7 packing on the calories. I will slow the bulk down but I doubt this will improve the situation but rather slow it down.
Any help appreciated.

Add cardio and extra calories to cover this, you should not see any weight loss.
Cardio can have effect on muscle gains, but its important to train the most important muscle (HEART!) so i'd say keep cardio in 100%!

How much weight are your gaining per week? naturally or assisted?
