mine works good with Ipod Touch for in car, it docks it, charges it and gives crystal clear sound through radio.

It did cost Â£59.99 from Comet but is probably cheaper online somewhere i bought it spur of the moment!! - it fits all ipod models, its made by belkin and goes into cigarette lighter, id recommend it but i use my car a lot so i get my use out of it.
