been on 50mg oral winstol for 3.5 weeks now, plan on running it for another 4 weeks. Would it be worth adding 30mg or 40mg of DBOL alongside this whilst cutting ?

would be a little harsh on the liver mate but you know this or you wouldn't have asked - are you taking milk thistle??

dbol is not really a cutting steroid, it gives you too much water bloat to make doing cardio comfortable (back pumps and shin splints) if you're not doing cardio and don't mind looking a little bloated until pct then it'll certainly help you gain more muscle or if you're calorie deficient it'll help you keep the muscle you have...

yes, i have milk thistle too (using 1000mg ed)

yeah mate it'll be effective

you'll gain muscle but dbol will not help you cut unless you cut more your calories further while on it.
