Hello you can take certon foods on the planes I know for fact you can take sweets. crisps. biscuts. flapjacks. sandwitches. cupa Soups. cause I taken these to Spain with me on 1st June till the 10th June no problems at all.

Any liquids have to be bought just before you board the plane they wont let you take them through before. stuff like bottle water or pop it has to be bought just before you get on the plane.

I know these rules for these items but you can take other things Im sure of.
myprotein unflavoured whey 4.54kg
myprotein Glutamine 100% 1kg
I use milkshake powder nesquik for flavouring supplements
tesco multi vitamins and minerals a to z
holland&barret glucosamine sulphate
tesco omega 3
