Am thinking about running it, if I can get hold of some, for about 8 weeks.
Also what is the recommended dosage??

Most people run it for 6-8 weeks tapering up the dose the first 2-3 weeks.

Dosage isnt set in stone ranges from .5ml - 2ml is the norm.

It is also favourable to cycle it with t3 if you wish during time off.

I will run it if i have some stubborn fat to loose once i hit 10%.

been after this for a while gonna hunt around and find some new sources and give it a shot

I know a source but its quite a steep price for helios i think. Well its cheap if it works i guess.

Lots of legit unbranded stuff being sold in 10ml vials at the moment mate - relitivly cheap.

Used it last year Rack and apart from the first shot which gave me a banging racing heart, I didn't really see much else off it.
I was dieting at the time so hard to say how much fat loss was purely dietary and how much the Helios was helping.
I used half a bottle and, sorry to tell you this , but I cut the seal and threw the rest down the pan a few weeks ago before binning the empty vial.

I honestly think a straight split dose clen and T3 cycle works better.

it's the spot reduction im interested in too, doesn't seem that relatively available in the south wales area

I thought it was working at first but used the half a bottle I did use on one side of my back fat and it looked no different to the other side to be honest Scott.

At the min I'm running T3 at 150mcg ED talking 75mcg every 12 hours.
Look's like I'll do a bit more reading on Helios, and prob just order some more DNP in the time being
