I am kinda glad I ain't lost any weight, only 1kg in one month, I thought I'd lose more, is there any reason I have not?

I also stopped creatine mono at this time so maybe the weight loss was due to loss of water volume in the body?

I lowered my diet from around 3000-3500 to around 2500 for the past month because i went al slack but didn't lose too much weight, i don't understand why as I am an real ectomorpth
