I've been doing powerlifting for a very long time now mostly the 5 of 5 kind of workout training. I started doing MMA since few months and I'm looking for an intense kind of workout. I don't really feel like changing my old strength workout, every one askin me to do a set untill I can't do it any more, that's for strength as they say, but any ideas on how to use the cardio machines for intense endurence workout?
