night time shake - 27 June 2008 13:28
alright all. .

im beginning to get abit fed up of cottage cheese/tuna and chicken for my last meal of the night and fancy having some sort of shake.
however. .
im drawing a blank when it comes to what i can have. looking for a high protein, low carb shake/smoothie that i can make easily enough.

any ideas much appreciated???

Pro Peptide from CNP, when cutting I have before I go to bed.
Mix with water, and hey presto. Nice tasting and slow release protein shake which is ideal to last throughout the night.

When bulking I change to a CNP Pro MR sachet, just add water and blend. Only have this when bulking because it has slightly more carbs.
Both got to be chocolate flavour though. Yum Yum.

If i'm feeling more awake I sometimes make an eggwhite omlette, with mushrooms and onions, but it obviously takes more time than a shake.
