Here I go with a new journal

Stats
Height 6ft
Weight 13 stone
Been training 4 years
Aim to bulk to 15 stone thro eating mainly clean foods and lots of them.

will be following a 5 day routine which is

Chest/Shoulders
Wide Dips 6x6
Flat bench 8x8
Shoulder Press 8x8

Quads/Calves
Leg Press 6x6
Leg Extention 8x8
Calve raise 10x10

Back
Pull ups 6x6
Rows 8x8
Shrugs 8x8

Lowerback/Hammys/Calves
Hyper extentions 8x8
SLDL 8X8
Calve raise 3x20

Arms
Close grip bench 4x8
Barbell curl 4x8
Pushdowns 3x10
Pretcher curls 3x10

I aim to keep rest between sets to a minimum no longer than 45 seconds, I will prob run the above routine for 6 weeks before dropping back to a more standerdized 5 day split for 6 weeks then have a week off and repeat.

Any advice/Assistance Much appreciated
