Guys, do any of you guys see any benefits when doing 30 mins of light cardio on a mild hangover day. Will the cardio decrease the hangover?

THANX

Mild perhaps. I went to the gym once with a really bad hangover and within about 3 mins on the x trainer my heart rate was over 200. Never again

I always used to find that training with a hangover was either a kill or cure: sometimes a really hard Body Combat session on a Sunday morning really helped (although I probably stunk sweating out all that alcohol!) and other times 10 minutes on a bike killed me.

For me it tends to be a good way of getting rid of the remainder of previous nights crap in my stomach
