Bulk till your as big as you want to be or untill you decide you need to lose a little fat.

What cycle?

Depends if its a cutting cycle or a bulking cycle?

Personally I think this testicle tenderness is due to my recent return to AM cardio. I do it naked on a recumbent bike and my gonads tend to flop about.
