New To Gear
-
04 July 2008 12:08
Hi, Sorry if this question is often asked but i want to get this right from the start. I am just getting back into training and looking for a little help for a quick fix. I have never used gear before. I have been advised to start by using dianabol 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and with a good pct will find fantatsic gains and amzing results. Is this correct? And if so what can you recommend as the best course of pct. Many thanks in advance for your advice, Lee.

Hello mate, nothing wrong asking questions and looking for advice. But you need to look at tons of other information and opinions available on the net and on here, which will tell you exactly what Dbol does and how it does it. Going by what you have been told so far with regards the dbol, that is more than likey a crock of **** ive never heard anyone tell me or anyone i know to go on and off dbol like you have been told. More importantly everyone has a definition of what ``amazing gains` mean. You certainly wont keep these gains 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, even with pct, as most of the weight is water, which is why most athletes use injectables, to keep the gains which dbol alone cant do. Is dbol powerful ?? you bet it is and u will know it very soon after your first few doses. So i second the previous answers to your q`s, learn, learn and learn more. Do your research and this way you will get a lot more help from here once you get to that level. good luck.

Thanks for the advice easyboss, it's not easy to aproach people to ask there advice and the knowledge on this forum has really helped with my training patterns and diet so i though ti would ask the question. Just in the process of using T5's to cut my body fat which is working really well so now im just looking to gain mass. I will give it time to sort my training and gaining knowledge about the different types of juice available then when i hit the plateua can seriously look at introducing something to help. Many thanks.

Many thanks. . Im not into licking any person or websites backside, but trust me when i tell u this site is absolutely a godsend for anyone even slightly interested in athletic endevours. Everything ive ever learnt or needed to know came from the good people on this site. All im saying is aas at the best of times in hands of novices who dont even care to get educated by the reading material on the net or elsewhere really deserve no sympathy because these meds can **** u up incredibly, if u dont have a clue what ur doing. That basically translates into doing a great amount of reading and study, on what u want to take, its purpose and how to look after your health. In the end building big muscles means nothing if your buried 6 foot under. Not trying to frighten you or anyone else, just being straight forward. We all do this to look good, improve our lives and well being. Follow things to a T and u will be fine my friend.

Ignore the preaching about natural limits etc. You do however need to do your research. Take a look at the articles section: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/articles.aspx http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/articles-bodybuilding-steroids.aspx http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-dianabol-information.aspx Have a damn good read of all the articles mate and dont be afraid to ask questions ORIGINAL: ablett_lee Hi, Sorry if this question is often asked but i want to get this right from the start. Fantastic reading, although the article on dianabol is a bit off putting with the amount of water retention to expect, is it best to take Nolvadex along side this to combat the estrogen problems or take it when you have finished the dbol? sorry for the daft questions, but i just wana be sure about what i am doing. Many thanks.

diet looks awfull to be honest mate. Not enough protein or struture to the meal times etc. Maybe have a read in the diet forum and make some adjustments. No need for any gear until you sort the diet out. Would be a waste until you have that 100%.

Agreed. Should look more like: 1) 10 egg whites & 2 egg yolks and a form of carbs here (600-800 cals) 2) 150g turkey/chicken with a form of carbs (sarnie or pasta would be ideal (600-800 cals) 3) Tin of tuna and a form of carbs (pasta/potato/bread) (600-800 cals) 4) 150g turkey chicken with a form of carbs (pasta/potato/bread) (600-800 cals) 5) Oats and whey (600-800 cals) 6) 100g Cottage Cheese, maybe some carbs here Something like that would be a much better starting point. You are running before you can walk matey and all you'll do is waste your first cycle in which you should grow like a mofo!
