I too like anything in the Reflex range, Peptide Fusion, Instant Whey but given the cost I switched to MP Total Protein which was nice and good and comparable to anything else by the 'mainstream' branded co's but even MP TP doesn't work out cheap if your a heavy user and they don't do bulk versions of pre-made formulas so now I (will be) going with Bulk Flavoured Whey and Bulk flavoured MPC from MP and make my own protein blend. Maybe your only saving a couple of quid each time but over time the savings amount to something significant which allows me to plow more money in to bying more goodies or real food, which ain't cheap these days!!

It will slow absorbtion, which may not be desirable at times (ie post workout). It may be desirable at other times ie. before bedtime.

Using skimmed milk will also add more calories to the shake which should be accounted for if you are trying to shed fat.
