im about to run out of contract on three after 5 years with them im going to phone up and ask for my pack code and try to getmyself a better offer by threatening to quit! how many muinuites and texts shouldi ask for i currently get 1000min and 750 texts for about 50 quid a month but im gonna ty to go for 3k of each and a ncie new handset! you think they will bite? also what is the best handsets out now witha decent camer on them? preferably nokia but will go with samsung ( or ericson and motorola if reaallly nececary!)

Research the best deals you can get on the internet and use this as a guide. When you phone them up use this as a bargaining tool and make like you are going to leave etc.
Once they realise you are serious about leaving they will start getting the deals out. Then see how much you can squeeze out of them

oh and always start with something rediculous and work your way down. If you suggest something too reasonable to start with, you won't get them to go backwards

ps. To test their best offer, you can walk away, and then phone back and take it

find out what you average a month then go for the next plan up and barter the price of the plan down. after 5 years of being with them i expect them to bend over backwards for you.

i've just upgraded with vodafone, my new plan is 900mins, unlimited texts, unlimited data and a free samsung tocco, 18 month contract for £25 per month.
