took delivery of some grenade on wednesday and started on it straight away. The first day I felt really bad, the only way I can describe it as from going green from smoking too much weed, not that I do anymore stopped that years ago. my head felt really heavy and I felt tired and sickness would come over me in waves. I have stuck with it last couple of days and I dont feel as bad as the first day but I am still feeling tired and occasionally sick with a heavy head. I nhave been in the most horrendous moods with people around me too. I am going to stick with it for the next couple of days but if I dont feel better I am going to have to bin them. I am pretty sure my condition has been brought about by these pills, has anyone else experienced the same or similar, and can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening??

I will keep you updated, the thing is I havent heard of anyone else struggling with these, but i am pretty sure it cant be a one off. I am just hoping that this will wear off with a couple more days of persistence.

Mate, I used to get very similar symptoms when I used to take an ECA stack and at the end of the day is feeling like this worth it for the end result?

Ive never personally tried Grenade but the ingredients are very strong (500mg Ma Hang and 300mg caffeine) especially if your a first time ECA stack user.

If your insisting on keeping on using it maybe only have one dose first thing in the morning for a week or two and ascess your reaction after that.

Thing that gets me is that you say you feel tired, but they reckon dont take any before bed because of the energy it gives you?

thanks for the advice, I am a first time user of this type of supplement, I am just going to stick with it for a while and see what happens, I just wasnt expecting any of this to be honest. My other concern is that with the fact I am feeling rough, my performance in the gym is going to suffer as a result. Time will tell

I know Saffa, that gets me confused too!! I wonder if there is an ingredient in the mix that I cannot tolerate. I do get a buzz of energy for say the first hour or so but then I slump into pot head mode!!

Dont know then mate. DO you reckon its worth it carrying on? There are alot of other highly rated fat burners on the market. Maybe call it a day and learn from the experience. Come off it for a day and see if you feel better. No point using it if it affects your training, which is more important anyway.

you are probably right mate, I will perservere for a day or two see how it goes, but the problem is most fat burners contain the same ingredients just at different levels. It is known as the strogest so I might just try another slightly weaker version. Thanks for the advice

I reckon that something half the the strength of Grenade would be a good place to start for a first time user like yourself.

Maybe try 1 or 2 Sida Cordifolia capsules with 2 or 3 pro plus (1 pro plus has 50mg of caffeine) or just have a large coffee or two with the Sida.

Maybe yeah,

Try the weaker version and see how you go and if you get on o.k. with it then maybe try Grenade again.

As I said Grenade is very strong especially for a first time user like yourself.

If you dont get on with the weaker version, then if I was you I would knock it on the head mate.

I got my Grenade this morning and was wonering how much you are supposed to take a day? It says one tablet in the morning but that would mean i have 3 months worth. Is that really correct?

Start with what it says for at least 3 or 4 days. YOu might have sides like Evo here, so best to start like that and then up the dose if you reckon you can handle it.

i was gonna get the grenades but i went for stack II to ease me into using Epha and Cafeine products. Stack II is a slightly weaker grenade, though it is classed as a grenade "alternative" .

It's because you're over stimulated. Sometimes that makes people nautious and sick. My fiance gets this if she takes more than 1 Venom Hyperdrive in the morning. Really icky stomach and just feeling crap. I've had this before if I take a fat burner at the same time as a pre-workout product as it's just a mad amount of stims.

Cut your dosage, try 1 pill only per day, at breakfast. If you're ok on that, add another single pill on a full stomach at lunch time so you're having 2 in total per day, if you're ok on that, add another single daily pill pre-workout in the afternoon. If not...don't add pills, stay at the dosage your add and you'll be ok.

Tell us how it goes, but I'd recon that would sort it.
