Pick your brains - Food Idea

Just thought i would ask any one recomend a food that i can Put chicken into to make a sarine type. Tortias Bread baggetts all good idea but all carbs. Idealy no more than 10g carb. Any onbe got any ideas? My Only thinking would be to Make up some Protein Pancakes ( Small amount og flower to keep carb down ) And use it as a wrap. Just wounder if theres any other ideas you guys / girls know of?

hey?! you want something to put chicken into, to resemble kind of a sandwich? lettuce? i used to use iceberg letuce and cut the leaves off at the stalk, keeping them whole, cup about 3 or 4 together, into a bowl shape and cram them full of stuff, with dressings, grilled meats, salad stuffs, etc think you can even get low carb bread, if you didn't fancy that

Yep, lettuce is perfect for the job. I'm cutting and just finished lean mince burgers with lettuce leaves as replacement for burger buns. Bit of extra light mayo and small amount of ketchup...delicious.

I'm contemplating reducing carbs or skipping them altogether and I thought about the lettuce idea to replace bread. Tuna with light mayo/salad cream in a lettuce leave. Or maybe a few to hold as suggested above. Good idea chaps

If you can find it, try using Chinese lettuce for using as a wrap, it's firmer than your usual Iceberg type so will hold more filling
