How Many Days a week should i work out - 04 July 2008 22:48
I Am a teen bodybuilder i want to gain Muscle mass , i do not wanna lose weight i wanna just build mass

i want to know if i should work out one muscle per day like today i work out biceps tomarrow shoulders like that a different muscle a day , Once a week
will that help me gain more faster

or should i work out more then one muscle a day and more then just once a week
?

squat, bench press, pull ups, over head press, rows.
rest
eat a lot.

as for trianing more than one body part at a time. both methods can work well.

I would say look at some people journal for a better idea of a actual routine. As your question is a very lenghty one.

i train one muscle a day once aweek, i got good gains from it, other people train two muscles in a day, once a week, and so on, finding what works for you, and works around your life
