Had one in the fridge, thought i'd have it post workout but it has a sticker on it saying LOW GI. How can sugars be low GI carbs. Am I missing something? Slow digesting sugar?

that sounds a bit suspect! Perhaps because it contains fructose (a monosacharide) it's lower GI than sweetened drinks containing sucrose (a disacharide)?
