i work long hours 12.5 hours a day, 5 days a week so i really don't get time to prepere foods plus i have a 20 month daughter so ant time i do get i like to spend most of it with her. which leaves me very little time to prepere foods

the best i can do is make sandwhiches & boil some pasta, i do take tuna & mackrel & soup with me but is there any thing else you could recommend.

i would like to know best tinned foods to eat & best snack foods to eat

I often buy tins of sardines in tomato sauce as these have a ring pull type can, they are handy to throw in the lunch box with a fork. And they taste gooooood!

yeah i'm thinking of adding somekind of shake when i go to work............i have done the supplement route before & it made me feel really bloated so i would prefer real food but i'm not ruling out adding a shake.

thanks for the reply
