Do you know any brand or type of elbow straps? Someone suggested using tape, but this seems like it would be bothersome to do everyworkout, and painful on removal.

I am wondering if there are any straps that are more like elastic bands I can slip on and off and leave in my locker.

I have taken a week off from training to get some relief for my aching elbows. I hope that the pain dissappears completely. It has subsided already somewhat (although the do hurt in the middle of the night sometimes, when I move my arms).
