SIZE-ON and lethargy?? - 05 July 2008 13:41
i started using size on 2 days ago now, my first dose was at 3pm, i sipped it through my workout. Half an hour after my workout, i started to feel real drained, lethargic and very drowsy. This happend to me 2 years ago when i started to take ZMA aswel. wondered if this is normal and will it fade out with time?

you may need to reduce the amount and work your way up to full dose.
iv felt like that when i took more than the stated dose of reflex trib years ago, i though it would help make my wo more intense but it just made me feel like ****.
so i think it will just be that your not used to the amount your taking, i would use a bit less and work up slowly

It's a clever creatine product - greater absorption of water in cells = more likely to get dehydrated.

If you're not urinating clear liquid at least once a day, I'd say you may be getting more dehydrated, so up your water.

If you go through a few days of decent water intake (using the above rule), then I'd say either:

1) You're working out harder than normal
2) It's an odd coincidence
3) Maybe you have a personal response to the product? Off the top of my head there's nothing in there that should be causing tiredness...though I may be wrong.

Hope that helps!

yeh mate so far its going pretty good, I still havent fully adapted to fat yet as it can take up to 3months before you really start seeing results.
But yeh im just eating spinach, broccoli, few other bits of mixed veg, eggs, fish, meat, poultry, cheese, drinking lots of olive oil, butter and eating a few nuts. In the ratio of 60%fats, 40% protein.

Its unusual because although it feels like im eating way less than usual I have stayed the same weight (10st, ye i lost a fair bit after a major hangover).

TBH Im not going to lie and say I feel amazing or anything I mean there is nothing noticeable yet in terms of energy (except not getting crashes or intense hunger like I did on carbs), strength gains or sleep (i sleep like a baby anyway).

I seriously reckon you should read the posts on that forum though because some of the results people have been seeing is crazy, thats what pursuaded me to go on it.

yes by a mile.

I've used mono - nowt results unless taken with masses of carbs. didn't work in a pwo recovery shake (which had dextrose in it), but did work as part of Celltech I took years ago as a teenager. Celltech has a massive amount of sugar in it, as well as alpha lipoic acid.

with CEE, I've had better results with Cellmass, Dymatize Xpand, other branded mixes...but best one I've ever used (so far...this month trying Dorians Kre-Alk, and no doubt will use a variety of things in future) has been the SizeOn/SP stack. It is expensive, but so far it's just been the best creatine stack I've ever used. If you had to choose just one, I'd go for the SizeOn over the SP250 because although you get an excellent pump and some strength increase with the SP, SizeOn gives you greater gains over the months use.
