Safest/Most effective Fat burner ?
-
05 July 2008 17:31
Whats the safest but most effective fat burner going at the moment ? I've read up on just about all of them, and every time I decide that this 1 is for me I find out something new that I dont like the sound of, either that or its just not effective enough. I dont mind a few sides to deal with, I'm used to AAS, but some sound pretty harsh. ECA sounds ok but I'm not sure I want to be feeling wired all the time and have a nasty comedown from it. Also Is it really effective enough compared to other meds that may give less sides. Clen sounds good, but the shakyness doesnt sound so appealing. T3/T4, well I know it works well but I'm not sure I want to be messing with my thyroid ? Also the easily catabolic nature of T3 kind of puts me off. DNP, well I know this is the dogs, but I dont think I'll be going this route, far too dangerous for my liking. Anything else ? What should I chose guys ?

Probably green tea, if you want something with virtually nil sides.

Haha, well its got to be worth a shot ay ! I dont mind putting up with a few sides really, I'm used to AAS and all that goes with that, but having never really used any fat burners I'm a little unsure of what to expect, basically I'm looking for the product that offers the best ratio of sides to fat burning potental possible. Thanks Si

Dont get me wrong here guys, I'm NOT after a product with the least sides possible. For instance T3 sounds a good candidate, as its hugely effective and comes with fairly mild sides providing I dont miss doses etc. I.e High Fat burning Potential to sides ratio. Si

What are the Shakes like on Clen ? I dont want it to be obvious to be honest. I'm quite lean yes, but still holding a little fat around the lower belly/back area I wouldnt mind shifting, I'll be cutting later on this year. Thanks bud Si

Ive been using venom hyperdrive 3.0 for just over 2 week now and it is in my opinion the best supplement i have used - I personally rate it better than ECA ime, the sides are similar yet i get a more 'feel good' feeling from venom unlike the anxious wired feeling from eph. I've dropped ~7lb in the past three weeks (obviously through hard diet and cardio as well) but this product has definitely aided me in the process. I have to remind myself to eat and my cardio workouts have been far more focused whilst using this.....and no i don't work for this company!

again it's person dependant. but for me anymore than 80mcg of clen and I get shakes in my hands and then full body cramps (Think of the worst cramp you have ever had then x2) which I cant get rid of even when supplementing with plenty of water, magnesium and taurine. It is however a good fat burner, doesn't make you feel wired, but doesn't suppress your appetite like eph or sida

I'd run 2 weeks ECA/2 weeks Clen if you were worried. That said, personally these days i'd prolly run: Weeks 1-10 T3 Weeks 1-2 ECA Weeks 3-4 Clen Weeks 5-6 ECA Weeks 7-8 Clen Weeks 9-10 ECA Weeks 11-12 DNP Now i've had good experience on them all.

Thanks, Clen is looking good sofar to be honest, aslong as I dont go over 100mcg I reckon I should be ok. T3 still sounds tempting tho, just for sheer effectivness, I mean aslong as you stick to the dosing structure its pretty safe surely ?
