That's a mixture of a short and a long acting insulin mate - therefore a bit more risky to use than shorter acting varieties, as you have to monitor yourself for a longer period of time

It is possible to use it if you are careful. Some bbers do use a long acting slin in the morning

Personally I've only ever used the short acting slins, and only post-workout, as I feel this is the time when you can get the most benefit from the stuff

Perhaps someone else has more experience with the longer acting slins....
