Increase Strength - 05 July 2008 23:50
Hi guys, I'm fascinated with powerlifting however I have mainly stuck to bodybuilding so far for the past 3 years with good results. I want to do something which will increase my strength very effectively.
What sort of training should I be doing/reps and frequency. Again I'm new to powerlifting so please reply as simply as possible lol.

thank you

Use low reps alot of the time, but then every once in a while do a high rep pretty heavy set.
age: 20, 120kg
