Good idea eating 90g of cashews at once - 07 July 2008 13:18
Is it a good idea eating 90g of cashews in one meal, or should I split them up across the day?

At the moment I eat them in meal 3, which also consists of a tin of tuna and some greens.

Cant see it being a prob i think Fatty ginger boy cant remember his username, but he eats shed loads. I have about 50g before bed but try to snack on them through the day EASY Cals!

i had to eat just under 1000kcal of cashews and almonds yesterday to meet my daily target!

I've had to throw my nuts away!!!

I'm cutting and decided to have some in my drawer at work for a snack.

Because I was a bit hungry I just couldn't stop eating them.

Bad idea on a cut..... unless you have will power
