hi mate i tried this couple weeks ago, got a free tub of my mates he didnt want it anymore. IMO it is a very good product for postworkout and it tastes delicous aswell
Deadlift PB (Rest-Pause) 120kg x 5 reps
Dumbell Flat Bench Press PB: 32.5kg x 5 reps
Front Squat: 60kg x 5 reps
