cycle postponed - going into hospital.
-

Hi fellas, was planning on starting my cycle pretty soon but will need to be postponed as im going into hospital for a hernia op. In the meantime im taking this opportunity to use a clean diet run up to the op in 5 weeks time. The cycle planned is DECA - 500MG W SUST- 500MG W DBOL- 35 MG ED Im not terribly scientific about diets right now, all im aware of is the food im eating right now is low fat and healthy. morning - all bran cereal , 3 slices wholegrain toast , olive oil spread afternoon - pasta with prawns , 2 pieces fruit tea - low fat plain yogurt, salad, fruit, dinner. grilled chicken , salad , tuna. for snacks i eat strawberry , cherries, pineapple and or nuts. plenty of water. Omega 3 cod liver oil caps 1 a day. Now as i said, there is no foundation to this diet in general , all i know is that its low fat, healthy and not my usual run of the mill diet. In essence its a weight loss diet more than anything. I wont be training for at least amonth plus so i want to use this chance also to shed few extra poundsand then hit the cycle head on post op. Any advice please. Thanks guy.

Do you plan to eat any more than a bite or two of protein? Loads more protein, loads LESS carbs!

In all honesty, NO. my purpose right now is to shed, shed and shed more fat so that when i hit my cycle its going to be nice and lean. Im not fat by any standards but you cant really bulk and slim at the same time so using the opportunity to lose few pounds. I also have the odd tuna or sardines thrown into the mix too. currently not using protein powders but getting stocked up for the cycle. just want to ensure the diet presented here is low fat and healthy to help shed extra pounds in the while that i have left. Ill be eating like a pig when on cycle.

You will shed muscle using that. Your loss. Why post if you don't want opinions?

Wel if i wasnt looking for opinions i wouldnt be posting. What would u suggest that i add to this diet by way of protein. A protein supp i think would be ideal too.

Any advice please. Thanks guy. my m8 just had a hernia op and trust me it will be A LOT longer than a month b4 u r training again!! as for ur diet u need to eat loads more protien!. ur best off posting ur diet in the DIET forum for best advice. and the idea of cutting is to gain muscles whilst shedding fat at the SAME TIME which IS possible. and the cycle u have suggested is not ideal for a cut. u want to slim up then kiss the D'bol goodbye IMO! lol i take it this is ur first cycle? ur best off doing as much research u can during the time u have from now and till u recover from ur op so that u r better prepared for it m8. there r loads of "cutting" posts on here to browse through for more info and loads of clued up guys in the diet forum can help u m8.
strength is in my genes, size isnt.........thank god for AAS!

ORIGINAL: easyboss Wel if i wasnt looking for opinions i wouldnt be posting. What would u suggest that i add to this diet by way of protein. A protein supp i think would be ideal too. Plenty more knowledgeable posters than me. However I would argue that maybe a one-a-day protein shake would help. I use a Nutrisport 90+ shake which I get off eBay. Chocolate flavour is spot on and one serving provides approx 60g protein (when mixed with 500ml milk). I have two a day. Other than that, obvious stuff really: tuna, eggs, white meat. Tuna is probably the best if you are looking to get leaner. Virtually no fat and minimal calories.

Easyboss. Get over the diet section. forget about AAS. You know sweet FA at the moment. Training, diet nailed. 2 years, then gear.

Agree - diet forum. And yes, you're looking at 12 weeks after a hernia.
