whey... - 07 July 2008 20:09
i read that when you mix whey you should consume within 20 mins

now i make my own mrp style shake and put in a flask for later on in the day(whilst at work)

by doing this does it have a negative effect to the whey due to the fact that it is getting consumed 4 hours lateR?

i cant do that, i'll just tell it to her like it is once i think of a way to break it to her nicely

no

although i prefer to mix it freshly

fresh drinking water is a legal requirement at any place of work i dont see why any would have a problem with this

because i blend up weatabix, nat yog, whey, fruit and milk into a smoothie.

just that i read that the whey degrades in quality if not consumed within the 20 mins
i cant do that, i'll just tell it to her like it is once i think of a way to break it to her nicely
