Had this tonight, and goes well with fish. Does anyone know the nutrition content of this food?

This stuff? http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/knowhow/glossary/samphire/ I can't find any nutri info' for it but it's probably quite high in salt due to it growing on marshland near the sea.

I found this:- http://www.thedailyplate.com/nutrition-calories/food/generic/samphire
I don't know how accurate this info' is. The data for sodium looks suspiciously low considering where this stuff grows. I ate Samphire from Sheringham a few years ago and it tasted quite salty (after boiling in water for a while).
