i have plenty of whey so this is for the future money is no objest to me.
But just woundering what whey on sale in the shops (No mail order from websites)
none these liquid shooters just whey powder has the most whey per Gram becuase they all have diffrent size scoops to stop us from knowing the best brand.


and also what amount of whey do people recomend pre and how much post . thanxs ppl

There are loads of great brands available in the shops - most per gram are usually whey isolates. Look at the per 100g for comparison

Amount depends on you and the rest of your nutrition

ON 100% Whey and Nutrisport 90+ both contain a lot of protein per 100g, and are usually available from shops. Nutrisport is cheaper, ON tastes a lot better.

I have nowt pre-workout, and 60g's post.

PVL,Sci-Mx and Maxi Muscle are 3 of the best tasting proteins ive had mate...Also Top notch quality..The price is a little high on a couple of them,but then again i was very happy with my purchases...Currently finishing my stack of unflavoured whey :0( Cant wait to get some of the above mentioned again !!!

Ive heard a lot of people rate the CNP range of whey very highly. Im just finishing a tub of metrx stuff so when I finish that will be getting some of that.

Reflex Instant Whey for me dude! Always been impressed with their range and I've just seen from their site that it's been reformulated again and now has whey isolate as the primary ingredient!
