Hi all,

I'm going to be running Ketotifen/Diphenhydramine along side Clen on a cut for the first time (first time with Ketotifen that is) but was a bit confused about the ketotifen dosage. Having read a few posts, some people say it's 1-2g while others say 1-2mg. Probably a typo for one but which is it?

Also, I found a generic Diphenhydramine on ebay (Kirklands) which says it contains 25mg. Has anyone used this one before? How many should I be taking? Getting 1-2mg from a 25mg tab sounds a bit tricky....

ketotifen often comes in 1mg tabs

I have used that diphenhydramine before.....it kinda works, but had more side effects than ketotifen

1mg works better than 50mg, IME

So the tabs are definately 25mg then and not 25mcg? I thought maybe it was a typo or something.

I take it breaking the tabs up would help with sides in that case? I could probably manage to break them into 3.5mg doses I guess...

No, what he is saying is 50mg diphenhydramine = 1mg ketotifen approx.

So take 2 daily, ideally before bed as they will make you drowsy.

I have done 1mg ketotifon before bed and find sleep very good,should be OTC med that would be nice.

When I wake up after taking diphenhydramine I am often very lethargic and groggy. Not to mention that it clumps op fibres of collagen and keratin within the aqueous humour.....
