Hi Everyone,

I have just started weight training and am looking for the best and most effective way to build my chest, sholders and arms. The only problem i can see that i have is that i only have a multi Gym ( See My Multi Gym ) and no free weights.

Could anyone give me a effective routeen or advice how best to do this just using the multi gym.

I really dont think there is much of a routine you could use with a multi-gym of that size. I would just say push/pull/legs. So thats lats etc one day, bench press,flyes,bicep curl another and your legs the day after, then 1 day off. But you are quite limited with a multi-gym.
