Just wondering if blended food is as good for you as eating it?

I just worried as is more mush than solid it may lose something, dunno like fiber or whatever.

Im taking it you cant blend every meal (not that I want too just interested) as youll need something to keep you digestive track fully functioning???

Food still has to be digested even if it is pureed.
After all, we blend food to a certain expent in our mouths, so it's not like it has to be a certain size.

The glycemic Index of foods may be changed if they are processed!
