Beta alanine

Hi Chaps Re Beta alanine Just how important is it to have this on non-weight training sessions days I usually have 6g in my peri whey/dext/malto shake on workout days and this is fine (which is three times per week) However on more sedentary days when I use BA it just makes my beard/face, nuts and back itch. I have to say its quite unpleasant. Consequently I have been 'forgetting' to use BA on the non-weight days. So the question is; how detrimental will it be just to use BA three times per week in comparison to BA each day? Thanks in advance! EDIT - sorry if this has been done before - couldn't find anything when searching

John Terry was the hero of Berlin… Not just because, yet again, he got back up when he had been knocked down. Not just because he laughed at adversity… Terry has become an expert at bouncing back from things that would destroy lesser men…

BALANINE Balanine is a methylated form of carnosine mainly found in whales. It is a beta-alanine containing di-peptide. Where did you get it from as it is very hard to come by? Are lab normally carries a very small amount. 5MGS 5mg? So 0.005g. Of which not more than 50% will be beta-alanine. Not much of a dose!
