im trying to drop carbs but i like my muscle were it is i typically burn 650-750 cals per 45min nevermind the EPOC so it is a big burn.

eph looks like alot but i have a big tolerance.

it's your daily calorific intake that will dictate fat loss, not meal timings or frequency

i have, however, found 4 meals a day works well for me on a cut

sorry i have the rest of my protein shake which is about 40g whey and 10g glutamine. guess the only way is to try it is see.
