maybe leave the nuts / almond butter out, they're very calory dense

10:45 i'd just have a lean protein source cottage cheese, egg whites, chicken and the omega 3 sups

to be honest tho that aint much food i'd just up your output / cardio

Doing am cardio 6 out of 7 mornings. I think it's due to the fact i'm basically sitting down unless i'm at the gym or doing am cardio due to working in an office.

Only reason i had the nuts/almond butter in there was to have pro/fat meal as i firgured generally protein only meals were not advised besides pwo?

protein only meals are fine on a cut, or with some fibre in the form of salad or veg as long as you're getting enough efa's

persoanlly on a cut i only eat carbs at breakfast, pre workout, and post workout

all other meals are protein only (with salad etc)

the main thing is that you are in a calory defecit for the day.. ie output exceeds input
