Post workout nutrition (losing fat)? - 09 July 2008 14:37
Hi, i'm currently trying to lose body fat, I do weights 3X a week and cardio either 2 or 3 times per week and was wondering what is the best nutrition to have after each one bearing in mind losing body fat and not using any suplements just food.

At the moment i tend to eat stuff like fruit and tuna sandwiches after weight sessions, and usually after cardio sessions (ususally do an hour of cardio about 9-10pm) just tend to eat whatever i feel like as my last food of the day usually a bowl of cereal.

what would you guys/gals recomend?

I would have whey in water PWO, then follow up with your sandwich 45 mins later or so
