Yeah, like Clubber says, its just mono in the end. Try myprotein creatine, its great quality and cheap, sometimes some products that are more expensive are better, but most mono is just the same.

It contains Creatine Kre-Alkalyn not creatine mono. I presume we are talking about the Dorian Yates orange flavour sachets? Personally can't see it being up to much.

Yes it contains Kre-Alkalyn and orange juice to help uptake, not plain old mono. Results should be in line with other Kre-Alkalyn products (anyone experienced in Kre-Alk?). How many new products get dissed by people who haven't tried them? If people never try anything new, they never find anything better...

Just wanted to add I've not finished my Kre-Alk cycle yet - maybe it's ace, maybe it's crap....this is my first kre-alk cycle now (using the dy creatine). so far I prefer sizeon still, but this tastes nice and my recovery seems good. worth talking to some people who've tried kre-alk tabs before and no doubt the results are pretty similar to other kre-alks around now.
