Dorian Yates NOX seems to be getting good reviews as a pre workout supplement.

I think you can buy a single serving from Bodybuilding Warehouse to try out before you commit to buying a whole box.

Well you can by products to help but in my opinion nothing is better than the human mind itself. Learn self-control and you will be able to apply this to everything you do. What will happend when you stop taking supps to help you focus? You will just lose focus again and revert back to the past.

Yeh there is some recreational use in there too. Not every weekend like every few months but always falls a week or two weeks in a new regime/cycle

Do you enjoy your job?

If you can't focus at work, my money would be on being bored and work and going to Monster.com instead.

Have you tried multi-tasking? Maybe you're just a guy with a short attention span

tbh you may do better to sit down and set yourself some goals. i used to do the same as you when i was younger, but i figured out what i wanted to do and have not done drugs in about 6 years and havent had a drink for 3. i will do both again, but at the minute i have other focuses. and by keeping my goals updated it keeps me motivated.

i dont think you are going to find a magic pill in a bottle (or syringe for that matter), this needs to come from you. if you want to focus on bb then stop drinking and aim to enter a show next year. the thought of standing on stage in posing trunks should be enough to keep you dedicated and sober!
