All my mates are going out but i get bored if i just drink coke but wont drink if itmakes a difference to my program. What would the difference be if i cut right down to vodka and diet coke? 5"7 tall Currently 158 pounds, 14% bodyfat and cutting

Alcohol in moderation is fine, binge drinkin though is never a good thing. I've stopped drinkin this year just for the hell of it but we all gotta party n socialise so dont be afraid to have the odd few drinks now n again. Giving up just means you dont want it bad enough!

Giving up just means you dont want it bad enough!

Yes it is around 50 cals a pop, that includes other spirits such as gin, whisky, brandy etc.
