The BNBF Central is Sunday July 27th in St Albans... The shows are really well put together and professionally run (much like the Titan at the weekend) go to BNBF for more info

As I said before the standard has improved with each qualifier. Thought the audience thinned out a little too much but the quality on stage made up for that.

Has anybody got the full results? We left shortly after Will's result in the heavyweights so didn't see the overall.

EXCELLENT show and tremendous conditioning in every class.

This was the first BNBF show I have attended and I have to say, it was well worth the entry fee. However, I'm not sure about the T Walk in place of the muscularity round in the Ladies Figures Class.
