The begining, well:
July 5th, got some smart skinny phot's, but not upto 50 posts, so hold fire for the giggles!!
Basically, as i work from home, i work out in the bedroom, and eat anything in sight, i will gain weight!!!
I have:
porridge and a muscle & weight gain shake, with banana, 4 egg whites.
Tuna sandwich/or cheese, banana, choccy bar
Jacket patato with chilli (could be tuna or cheese and beans)
Shake (as above)
B4 bed: Marmite on toast (eiter love it or hate it!!)
Weights a a little limited as i am just in the latter stage of getting rid of my Sciatica.
I have got some photo's up elsewhere, only 4 thumbnails i have loaded up, by viewing-you agree to say "he's not skinny!!"
