My Diet on Clen/ECA

I plan to start my first cycle soon. Clen 2 weeks then ECA 2 weeks for 12 weeks. I plan to run cardio 1 hour per day monday to friday. Cardio will be run on an empty stomach, Clen and ECA will be taken before the cardio and protein in water after a workout (including the mentioned below). I plan to run moderate weight sessions 3 times a week, monday, wed, friday. Protein will be isopure. I will spread meals 4 hours apart. 1)Oatmeal & Protein in water 2)Mackrel/Chicken and salad sandwich (wholemeal bread) and protein in water. 4)Lunch: Mackrel/chicken and salad: fruit e.g apple 5)Protein with soya milk (spoon of olive oil) 6)Chicken, fish or stake with rice/pots and salad. Or Tune Jacket Pot and salad. FRUIT 7)Protein shake with soya milk. Im 6ft2 16 stone. I have about 2 inches to lose round my midsection. I have lost about 2 inches in the last 7 weeks. ANy comments

Not bad - just vary choices daily. I would also make a concious effort to include more veg. How about munching on raw veg between meals?
