Heavy AM weights session??
-
09 July 2008 23:31
Right guys i work long hours in a demanding office job and the best time for me to train will be at 6:30-8 in the morning i can get up and do this the only prob is that at this time i am unable to eat... will training on empty have negative effects (catabolic) wise?? I tried eating befor workout but it dosent go down well at this time but as soon as ive finished i get some good qualiy meat or fish down me with good carbs and then take a massive protein shake to work with oats that will last me till lunch. I am on cycle and i am cutting so its not as bad as it sounds, well i hope it isnt. I find it very difficult to not put on weight when on cycle anyway im on my forth week of: Tbol 60mgs ed week 1-4 Eq 500mgs pw Sus 250mgs pw (frontloaded first 2 weeks) Not sure how long to stay on 12-16 weeks prob cos of the Eq to get full effects I also have 20 mins of cardio in the evening, tho probably not doin enough as i have put on 8lbs but this will be water waight from the Tbolm what i stop on monday. Will this routine be ok? Blue

Id try and neck a shake/fruit/youghurt before hand, just to fuel you through the workout. Ive heard that doing heavy weights (CNS intensive stuff) in the hour after you wake up can take some getting used too though.

Dont overanalysis, it doesnt take long to get use to training at 6.30, trust me, world class weightlifters do similar and train very early

When I am train, I make a bowl of porrige with honey, from half a pint of semi skimmed milk. Loads of energy and some protein too. I also have a very strong latte too, to kick start myself. I found I needed greater rest periods in the morning, but thoroughly enjoyed being in a quiet gym.

Last time I checked, the only steriod I'd taken was in my inhalers for my asthma? Why did you assume I was on gear??? And how do you know what my diet is like, just from reading what I eat at 6 in the morning, before I train????
