Cottage cheese, pre cooked meats, whey shakes (add water later), nuts, tins of fish (tuna, etc.), oat biscuits, yoghurts, pre cooked pasta, anything salad based. It's not rocket science mate, just think about what can be eaten cold! I work 12 hour shifts with 2 x 30 minute breaks, I know how hard it can be so take 2 large chicken and pasta salads with me, or something to that tune.
