putting a treadmill on an incline then holding on to it? - 10 July 2008 08:37
I've noticed alot of people doing this male and female. They put the treadmill on an incline then hold onto the frame of the treadmill and lean back. Surely straightening yourself voids the whole purpose of walking on an incline?

a bit like getting assistance to lift a weight IMO pointless.
