i got 80 clen coming, how should i run them??

i know 7 is the max a day and you should taper up to find if you can handle the sides.

i've done it before and i got on fine at 7 a day but i havent got enough for 7 a day for 2 weeks so what would be better??

4 a day for the first few days then 7 a day for the rest

or cut the time down to 11 days of 7 a day??

so would it be better to have more high dose days then time on or time on then high dose?

quick, get into the chopper!!!
