I Wanna Be Big's Road To Ripped Journal - 10 July 2008 15:18
Hi all,
I'm new to the site, new to training/bodybuilding, i'm literally starting fresh in this field as of this very second, i have been reading the forums and researching a bit over the last few weeks, but will be coming into this as a complete air head with plently of posts to ask questions on this site.

Not much more to add really as i aint got a clue, this will probably be the slowest written journal on here, but i gotta start somewhere.

1st point of call, visit the gym and see what they got, then get back here and get some help working out a routine!!

wow, this is hard to get in to!!!
so easy to talk a good plan and talk about starting getting fit etc, since i started this journal i've done nothing but work, been called into work non stop,
1st day off today and gotta go in again saturday night to cover a shift, 6pm till 6am on a saturday night-OUCH!

even without the overtime, its definately gonna be hard to get into this around my normal shifts, i would like to think that once i'm into it for a few months it'll be like clockwork and i'll just be naturally motivated!?!?!?!?!?!

on a plus note i did attend the last 45 mins (out of 2 hours) of pre-season football training thursday night for the very first time this season, dont feel any different, but was good all the same, will be using using footy as my cardio and mostly leg work part of working out, and hopefully it wont hinder mass producing/burning off to much
